February Soul Notes

Hi again soul friends,

Well, how's this month been going for you?  It's been packed full with a little of 'everything' hasn't it?  Have you noticed the enormous shift in energy since the solar eclipse and Chinese New Year on the 17th?  There have been so many astrological events this month (which is not my specialty yet like so many of you I feel them all).  It's good to be aware of the influences that are often a part of our experience.

It feels to me, within myself, that this catalytic energy, is a deepening and time of Self Renewal, Focused attention, Commitment and Inner Certitude.  I feel happy in my being when I am anchored to this.  Yes, this is the year of the Fire Horse and with it a new uprising in our soul and determined energy.  So where and how we set our intention and focus matters. 

A deep listening within oneself, a connection with the Silence....The Great Healer...The True Friend....is essential to continue to ride this unbridled, immense energy going forward, aligned with our inner soul voice...

This is also a time where unprocessed emotions, unhealed relationships, old patterns and beliefs are up for cleansing.  As we clear out stagnant energies and devote time for focused inner work, we do have the support of the 'Fire horse energy' to burn through the dross.

Practicing patience in the midst of this forward thrust is a powerful ally.......patience is a steady and helpful friend...it accompanies us gently, with sweet compassion as we make our way forward...I've been feeling the spaciousness of patience and how truly valuable and 'sacred' it is. Rush, rush, rush (simply put) doesn't harness peace.

Now is the time to know

That all you do is sacred

Now, why not consider 

A last truce with yourself and God

Now is the time to understand 

That all your ideas of right and wrong

Were just childs training wheels

To be laid aside 

When you finally live

With veracity

And love.
