May Soul Notes~

Hello again Soul Friends,

It felt like a perfect night to write to you.  I've just come in from the porch where I sat with the Full Moon this evening.  Its peaceful, powerful, mystical healing light fills me from the inside out.  

I felt a subtle yet distinguishable shift when I woke this morning.  The past few months have been deep and intense...March and then April lifting some and now we enter this new energy in May.  It feels like an integration of processes that have been burrowed deep in the subconscious that are now coming to light for cleansing, renewal and a recharging of meaning and purpose, with enthusiasm.

Fully taking in and embodying the understanding arising and taking action to back up our new found awareness is an empowering force, as well as taking time to harmonize with the beautiful Moonlight, grounds and centers our being.

 It feels like a new fresh start with our deep intuition and faith leading the way.   This simple moment now has everything contained within it to nourish our practice.  Everytime we plug into the simplicity of the moment, the present, we start anew.  And, there are times, like this full moon energy, that can ignite and hold a special power for growth, insight and encouragement.

I hope you'll take some time to honor this beautiful full moon, month of May, and allow the blessings of its presence gift you peace.
