Remembering Gratitude

Hello Friends,

I hope this email finds you well.  This month, I am re-membering gratitude and counting my blessings.

With all the challenges, inner and outer many of us have been experiencing as of late - there is ALL-ways a choice of attention and intention.  Where will we place our energy - our precious energy that fuels and supports our mind/body, heart and soul.  

When what we see or feel is darkness...let's remember, we see and know darkness with the Light of our Awareness.  We are THAT Light.  We are always connected to the gift of Light. 

When times are tough...Light holds us.

When we can't find our way...Light guides us.

When we forget...Light opens us...

again and again.

In the hallowed spaciousness of the universe

breath flows in and out

Its natural rhythm and cadence

beauty to behold

In the space between...

Perfection

All that is

Pure, Unadulterated Awareness
