Soul Notes for July~

Dear Soul Friends,

Here we are in mid July and it's been a month or so hasn't it?  Have you been 'going through' some deeper cleansing, healing and running up against edges that have demanded your attention? 

Family dynamics, ancestral patterns and emotional wounds are airing out and arising for healing and transformation. Not to take us down but to lift us higher into the light of Truth, Compassion and Harmony.

It feels more important than ever to see what is currently up for us and to meet it fully, with courage and compassion.. Giving ourselves room and honoring the silent space within for that process to unfold.

We may be 'horizontal', not feeling well, going through it 'for one reason or another' and that is keeping us down yet 'vertical' healing work is taking place.  The deeper processing of emotions, looking within ourselves, being with our thoughts, being with ourselves, breathing in and out, connecting with our source, grounding more deeply into 'being' and contemplating our reason and season, our purpose and meaning...so much is taking place on a 'deep and high' vertical line while we are horizontal ...Looking at what we truly value, what we are grateful for as well as where we've shut off parts of our heart.  Listening to, feeling and experiencing our heart's true voice once again...Love and Compassion springs from that well.  That touchstone is our north star.

It's important we remember to 'try' not to label the challenges we may be going through or take any labels in from others as this being good or bad...Refrain from trying to 'fix' from a place of something is essentially wrong with me....maybe what is essentially right (our heart and soul, our deep knowing) is trying to help us get back into alignment...get back to our true self...come home to what truly matters...

I pulled this quote again the other day by Ralph Waldo Emerson:

"The love you withhold is the pain that you carry~"

Where can we find it within...love we are withholding from ourselves...that is a good place to start....when we soften into love and compassion for ourselves, it extends out and anything is possible.
